Whenever I save or load a route, the dialog starts from somewhere in 'Documents'.  I would like to keep them with my other data (not on the C: drive) .. is there a way to change the default directory for routes?

Ditto for custom waypoints -- I have a lot to add, by converting from another database, but really do not want those to end up on C: drive (I have to re-install Windows quite often for testing).

Thanks -- Mike

All SkyDemon data goes in the SkyDemon subdirectory within your My Documents directory. We may expose a means to change this to somewhere else in the future but it's by no means certain. Windows exposes its own means of redirecting this folder onto another drive, if you should wish to do so.

OK thanks, but I don't use My Documents at all.

It's fine that you start there.  But having opened or saved somewhere else, why doesn't Open or Save As start from that most recently used folder?

Thanks -- Mike

(Related question ... every time I start SkyDemon I have to find and open the route I'm currently working with .. would be nice if it could open the current route.  I tend to modify a route lots of times as the weather, etc., changes.)
